
Breakfast Bagel Pizza
Who says pizza isn’t a breakfast food? This Breakfast Bagel Pizza has become Meryem's go-to quick fix on busy mornings. It’s got the crunch, the melt, the spice, and just the right amount of sweetness.
Meryem used the built-in AirFry mode on her Belling cooker to get those bagels perfectly crisp on the outside while keeping everything gooey and melty on top - no soggy bottoms here. It’s fast, fuss-free, and packed with flavour.
🥯 Ingredients (for 2 bagel pizzas):
2 bagels, sliced in half
1 tbsp rose harissa paste
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 ball fresh mozzarella, grated or torn
1 small tomato, very thinly sliced
½ small red onion, finely sliced
2–3 tbsp grated cheddar
To finish:
Chili oil (a drizzle)
Honey (a drizzle)
🔥 Instructions:
Preheat your Belling cooker’s AirFry function to 200°C.
Mix the rose harissa and tomato paste together. Spread the mixture over each bagel half.
Top with fresh mozzarella, then layer the thin slices of tomato and red onion.
Sprinkle generously with grated cheddar.
Place on the air fry tray and cook for about 7–8 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbling and the bagels are crispy.
Serve immediately with a drizzle of chili oil and honey for the perfect spicy-sweet kick.
