
Beef Taco Bowl with Black Beans, Feta & Avocado
Ingredients:
• 500 g ground beef
• 1 red onion, chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 green + 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp salt
• Black pepper, to taste
• 1 jar (approx. 350–400 g) black beans, rinsed
• A handful of fresh coriander
• 1 ripe avocado
• Feta, crumbled (for topping)
Instructions
1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
2. Add the ground beef, spices, and cook until browned.
3. Stir in chopped peppers and black beans. Let it simmer for a few minutes until
the flavours combine.
4. Spoon the mixture into an oven-safe bowl or tray, top with crumbled feta.
5. Bake in the oven (AirFry or Grill mode) for 8–10 mins until the feta is golden.
6. Serve with avocado slices and lots of fresh coriander.
