Dice the onion and fry with a drizzle of oil for 5 minutes until soft.
Finely dice the garlic and add to the onion with the smoked paprika, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the mince and cook for 7-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Meanwhile wash and roughly chop the lettuce, tomatoes, and peppers and put in bowls on the table.
Grate the cheese and place your sour cream and salsa on the table.
Ask a grown up to warm the taco shells for 1 minute in the oven and put the cooked mince into a cool dish.
When the taco shells are warmed through, pop them and the mince on the table for everyone to dig into.
Everybody can assemble their own tacos to their preference, making it a fun dinner for all.
The leftovers make a great salad the next day!

500g lean beef mince or veggie alternative
1 small onion
1tsp smoked paprika
1 clove garlic
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
Half a head of lettuce
200g grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
8 taco shells (flour or corn)
Sour cream and salsa to serve
Vegetable or rapeseed oil
