Preparation and cooking time is 10 – 15 minutes, longer if using dried pasta.
Boil a kettle.
Put the butter in a large microwavable bowl for 30 seconds. Once melted, remove from the microwave and stir in flour to make sauce base.
Add the milk, whisk in, and then continue to cook in microwave for 2 minutes total, removing to whisk every 30 seconds.
Put the tagliatelle in a large saucepan with the boiled water. Cook according to packet directions.
Remove sauce from the microwave, add cheese and whisk. Continue to cook in the microwave for a further 2 minutes, removing to stir every 30 seconds, or until the cheese has melted and you have a thick sauce consistency.
Stir the parsley through the sauce.
Drain the cooked pasta and return to the pan, then stir through the ham and sweetcorn.
Add the cheese sauce and stir through.
Serve your Fasta Pasta with a salad garnish and enjoy.
