Egg Clouds


A fun recipe for children and adults alike - create your own egg 'clouds' and serve with mashed avocado and toast. Breakfast has never looked so good!

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Place the egg whites into a large bowl and whisk with a pinch of salt and pepper until they form stiff peaks.
  3. Spoon out your egg clouds onto a lined baking tray in any shape you like.
  4. Put the baking tray into the oven for 5 minutes until the egg whites appear slightly golden.
  5. Toast your bread and top with avocado (if desired).
  6. Arrange your egg clouds with the toast and avocado for a lighter than air breakfast!
