  The two cook zones on one side of the hob can become one large cook zone. This is called the griddle zone function and allows you to cook with larger pots, pans and griddles.

  Delivers constant low temperature, perfect for melting chocolate and preparing delicate sauces.

• Pan detection function

  This means the hob will not function until a suitable pan is placed on the ring.

• Pan overheat sensor

  If left unattended, the pan overheat sensor automatically shuts down before a dangerous temperature level can be reached. This prevents any accidents should you get distracted or called away from the kitchen.

• Pause function

  The handy pause function acts just like the pause button on a DVD or music player. One touch literally pauses everything. All cooking functions shut down and can be restarted whenever you're ready, again at the touch of just one button.

• Recall function

  Your last temperature setting is automatically saved in the hob's intelligent management system. Using the recall function, you can return a pan to the temperature you last used quickly and easily.

• Safety shutdown

  If left unattended for a long period, all cook zones on the hob are turned off safely.
