Belling’s Bid to Bring Back Easter Traditions
With more than half of British children (55 per cent) planning to spend their Easter break playing computer games or watching old films and repeats on the telly, cooking brand Belling is urging families to embrace more traditional Easter pastimes.
The survey of 500 modern families by the UK’s number one cooking brand,* found a shocking 30 per cent of children have never been on an Easter egg hunt or enjoyed creating colourful eggs and bonnets. Only a third of families will get together for a celebratory meal and 57 per cent of kids won’t even be receiving a chocolate egg, instead preferring computer games or DVDs (55 per cent).
In a bid to help families get back to basics this Easter, Belling has created a fun activity pack which includes:
Entertaining games including Bunny Tag
Colourful crafts such as Egg Heads
Yummy, creative recipes including Bunny Biscuits
