Owner and executive chef of London’s Café Spice Namasté, Cyrus Todiwala is a world-renonwed chef known for blending traditional Indian culinary techniques and flavours with more unexpected ingredients.
A keen environmentalist, Cyrus cooks with organic and sustainable products wherever possible and firmly believes in Buying British. This year his restaurant won the 2011 Sustainable Food Award from the Corporation of London.
This October 2011 saw the opening of Cyrus’ newest restaurant venture - ‘Mr Todiwala’s Kitchen’ the signature restaurant of the new Hilton London Heathrow Terminal 5.

Ruth Clemens otherwise known as The Pink Whisk, is a self-confessed Manic Mummy Baker Extraordinaire! With an obsession with baking, although not so much the cooking, cleaning, washing....
A contestant and finalist on the very first series of The Great British Bake Off for BBC2 in 2010, Ruth now runs The Pink Whisk, a baking blog, providing recipes and inspiration to the baking mad masses. She also writes for various magazines and has just completed her first book for publication in April 2012.
